Organize a mussels constest in the middle of a festival of rice & chorizo, don't forget to throw in a couple of prawns on top of everything, or with much less preparation, have a gigantic Paella at Majorca Bistro. Of course, pair your event with a few glasses of Rioja and you'll end up with 20 Happy Faces during the last Dinner organised by our friends Gadz in Houston, TX .
