ebenhamou Eric Benhamou
President since 2007

Hi, I’m Eric! I am an Aix 72 alum. I arrived in the US in 1976. I graduated in 1977 from Stanford's School of Engineering and pursued a career in the IT industry in Silicon Valley. I was fortunate to create, grow and lead several successful IT companies such as Bridge Communications, 3Com and Palm. I now serve on several public company boards and allocate the rest of my time between my Venture Capital Fund Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC, the INSEAD global business school in Fontainebleau and the IDC in Herzeliya where I am a visiting professor, and of course AFAM.

Hi, I’m Thomas! I was born in the US and raised in France until I came back in 2003 as an Arts et Metiers ParisTech exchange student. I work as Vice President of Turtle Bay Capital, an energy private equity fund, and started my career in strategy consulting at Mars & Co. I serve on the board of the AAGEF on behalf of the AFAM.
lcosta Lionel Costa
Secretary & Board Member since 2007

Hi, I am Lionel! I am an alumni of Cluny 1993 Class. Before moving with my family to New York in 2005, I spent 10 years working in France and Europe as a enterprise information consulting manager with Oracle, PwC and Opertura, a technology advisory firm I created in 2000. I have continued my career as a Business, IT strategy and operations consultant here first with BearingPoint, TCS and then once again as an entrepreneur with Opertura Consulting Inc. that I created here in 2008. Today I am thrilled about the AFAM and the opportunity to help the Arts & Métiers community acquire a true international stature and recognition in the USA.
